Refund & Returns Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

• is faulty
• is significantly different from its description
• does not do what it is supposed to do

These rights cannot be excluded.

Change of Mind Returns

If we allow change-of-mind returns:

• Requests must be made within 30 days
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for returns, such as:

• digital downloads
• personalised items
• hygiene products
• Membership fee if there is/are any exclusive voucher has been applied
